The Pinnacle Guide has opened applications for a new recognition system for the best bars in the world, aiming to be a driving force towards a more inclusive drinks industry.

The Pinnacle Guide has published its framework for rewarding excellence in the best bars in the world.

To mark the halfway point of its consultancy phase, The Pinnacle Guide’s founders are hosting its next round table personally, as they continue to gather information on what makes a great bar.

London Cocktail Week founders Siobhan Payne and Hannah Sharman-Cox, alongside Global Bartending’s Dan Dove, have announced the launch of the Pinnacle Guide, a new one, two and three ‘Pin’ recognition system for the world’s best bars.

Beam Suntory has added Peppermint Bark and Pumpkin Pie to its Pinnacle vodka flavour range for the festive period. 

US: Beam has launched a "Rainbow Sherbet" flavour under its Pinnacle vodka brand. The company describes the taste as a "zesty, citrus taste of orange and sweet lime with a creamy raspberry".
