Peru’s Hidden Bar introduces Modern & Classics menu

08 February, 2024

Hidden Bar in Lima, Peru has introduced a new menu in collaboration with Aaron Diaz, founder of Carnaval Bar, blending kitchen ingredients in cocktail preparation.

The new menu includes the Mexican Mule infused with nachos, the Piña Colada with white chocolate, the Mai Tai with pistachio horchata, ending with a Queen Park Swizzle with curry.

Director of Hidden Bar, Juan Rojas, said: “The goal is to democratise these proposals in a more relaxed setting like Hidden Bar, making them accessible to a broader audience compared to other bars in the region.”

Hidden Bar opened its doors in 2022 and was initially a project between two friends. By mid-2023, during a bar restructuring plan, they collaborated with Diaz who later launched the new menu titled ‘Modern & Classics’ as a partner and creator.

Hidden Bar is located in the Miraflores district in Lima, featuring greenery on its terrace, with an industrial style interior.
