Spiribam, the division that oversees the spirits activities of the GBH family group, has signed a distribution partnership with Cognac Hardy in the US.

Irish whiskey producer Cooley Distillery has appointed Maxxium UK to distribute brands, Kilbeggan, Connemara Peated Irish Single Malt, Tyrconnell Irish Single Malt and Greenore Irish Single Grain, in the UK.

SAB Miller's Australian subsidiary, Foster's Group will no longer be allowed to import and distribute Mexican beer Corona Extra. Foster's has been informed by Corona's parent company Grupo Modelo that it intends to terminate Foster's licence to import and distribute Corona Extra in Australia with immediate effect. The brand's distribution will go to Lion Nathan. 

UK spirits and liqueur agency, Mangrove, will no longer distribute Chase Distillery products. 

Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) has signed a five-year exclusive agreement to distribute Beam brands in Poland.

Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with La Martiniquaise to distribute Label 5 whisky in Russia. La Martiniquaise announced the tie-up in December 2011.

Berry Bros & Rudd Spirits has appointed Maxxium UK to distribute No. 3 London Dry Gin from June 1, 2011. Since its launch in 2010, the brand has been distributed by Inspirit Brands.

Pernod Ricard has announced the sale of its minority shareholding in Suntory Holdings, which stands at around 1%.

UK importer PLB has been appointed by Rioja winery Bodegas Navajas, with effect from March this year.

Brand Phoenix has been appointed distributors for Angove Family Winemakers in the UK off-trade.

Monarq Group is to distribute Tia Maria and Disaronno in the Caribbean domestic and duty free markets.
