Prosecco House is London’s first bar dedicated exclusively to prosecco. It claims to have sold 7,388 glasses and 2,300 bottles in its first trading quarter, proving that there is still a large appetite for the Italian wine in the UK.

The new menu of New York-based Cuban-American bar BlackTail launches in September. It is the bar’s most ambitious yet, telling the story of the Cuban Revolution.
