London Cocktail Club designs new Eurostar menu

27 September, 2018

London Cocktail Club founder JJ Goodman has created a winter cocktail menu for a new bar in the business premier lounge of London’s Eurostar terminal.

This is the second new bar created by Eurostar, the high-speed train service from London to the rest of Europe, in line with a cash injection in facilities at its European terminals.

Yann Bayeul, Eurostar catering product & service manager, said: “Our business premier passengers are often looking for somewhere to unwind after a work, and our leisure travellers are typically up for a tipple.

“With a winter menu designed by the London Cocktail Club featuring spirits from our key destinations, we hope travellers will enjoy the new experience.”

Located upstairs in the London lounge, the circular black and gold bar provides a space for travellers to sample a selection of complimentary cocktails designed by Goodman.

Featuring a range of Dutch, French, Belgian and British spirits and ingredients, the drinks have been designed to be reminiscent of all four cultures in which it operates.
