Monica Berg has been named the most influential person in the global bar industry in Drinks International’s Bar World 100 2022 in association with Perrier.

The 2022 edition of Drinks International’s Bar World 100, in association with Perrier, is set to be released on Monday 27 June at 3pm GMT.

Following the announcement of Drinks International’s Bar World 100 – a ranking of the most influential people in the bar industry - three members of the list will come together to host a panel discussion and guest bartending shift at El Copitas, St. Petersburg, Russia.

Monica Berg of Tayēr + Elementary in London has been voted the most influential international bar industry figure in Drinks International’s Bar World 100 2021.

Agung Prabowo is described as “one of the nicest people in bartending” in his bio for Drinks International’s Bar World 100 and his infectious smile transmits even across a Zoom call outside his new Dead& bar in central Hong Kong.

“It sounds strange but I don’t have any definite goals right now because it feels like I’ve done great. I’m super happy with where I’m at and getting on that Bar World 100 list blew my fucking mind, I was in tears seeing my name at 26."
