As far as bar collaborations go, it doesn’t get much bigger than this. The founders of number two and number three in The World’s 50 Best Bars, Lorenzo Antinori and Simone Caporale, have joined forces to launch Montana in Hong Kong.

Lorenzo Antinori and Simone Caporale have announced the opening of a new bar in Hong Kong called Montana, Drinks International can exclusively reveal.

Simone Caporale’s Sips, named No.3 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022, and Boadas Bar are heading to the Donovan Bar in Mayfair, London, for a two-night takeover sponsored by Amaro Santoni this September.

The Art of Shaking (TAOS), the independent global platform created by Luca Missaglia and Simone Caporale, is launching its second season this July. 

On Wednesday 19 April, The Art of Shaking founders Simone Caporale and Luca Missaglia will host the second TAOS Day in the capital of Tuscany, Florence, an all-day masterclass designed to inspire and educate professional bartenders.
