Accolade appoints Ade McKeon

08 March, 2017

Accolade Wines has announced the appointment of Ade McKeon as its new general manager for the UK & Ireland, effective immediately.

He replaces outgoing Rob Harrison who has signalled his intention to leave the company to pursue alternate career opportunities at the end of this financial year, providing a three month period for a transition.

McKeon (pictured) is well known in the UK wine trade having worked for the likes of Ernest & Julio Gallo, Canandaigua Wine Company, Southcorp and Constellation Wines. Most recently, McKeon had four years with ASDA in commercial and brand leadership roles, followed by two years as trading director leading the trading integration of the Booker Retail Partners acquisition of Musgrave Retail Partners.

Based in Weybridge, he will report directly to the Accolade CEO, Michael East.
