RNDC names new president and chief executive officer

15 December, 2025

US-based distributor, Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), has announced the appointment of Marc Sachs to permanent president and chief executive officer.

Sachs has been serving as RNDC’s interim chief executive and president since 17 October 2025, and will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors.

“Marc is a trusted leader with deep knowledge of markets, our partners, and our people. We appreciate all of the work he has put in during his time as interim chief executive. His decades of experience, strategic insight, and strong connection to the RNDC family make him uniquely positioned to guide the company forward. Marc will continue the legacy of leadership that has defined RNDC for generations while driving innovation and growth to strengthen our position in an evolving market,” said Richard Davis, board member.

Sachs brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, with roles including vice president of supplier business development.

In the role, Sachs will focus on strengthening commercial and operational performance, supporting RNDC’s markets and people, and guiding long-term strategic priorities across the company’s footprint.

“It has been an honor to serve this team, and I am grateful for the trust placed in me by the board and the RNDC family. Together, we will strengthen our partnerships, elevate execution, win with integrity and shape a future that reflects the very best of who we are,” added Sachs.
