If there's one spirit poised to dominate UK bars this summer, it's tequila. Recent CGA data revealed that while overall spirits sales have declined, tequila's value in the on-trade rose by 3.2% in 2024, reaching £276 million. 

Diageo chief executive Debra Crew addressed the implementation of US tariffs as part of the company’s six month interim results to 31 December 2024.

Diageo has announced its preliminary results, year ended 30 June, reporting net sales of £17.1 billion, increased 10.7%, primarily reflecting strong organic net sales growth, and favourable impacts from foreign exchange.
