The two-day show took place 27-29 September and hosted some of the biggest drinks brands and respected bars from around the world at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center in Kyiv.
“I really enjoy coming to these smaller shows because they’re more focused than bigger conventions and it allow us to communicate more intimately with bartenders in that market,” said Cullimore.
“It’s important for us to make our presence known in places like Kyiv, not only from a marketing point of view but there are a number of top bartenders from eastern Europe in London so the talent is definitely here.”
Cullimore led a seminar called ‘How to make a classic cocktail’ where he discussed the development of classic cocktails through competitions such as Bacardí Legacy.”
This was the fourth edition of Barometer, a show which has now become Ukraine’s biggest bar show and one of the leading conventions for the bar industry in Europe.
