Pilsner Urquell extends its partnership with Draft House

27 April, 2016

Pilsner Urquell has extended its partnership with Draft House, as the demand for Tank Beer has soared.

The ninth Tank Beer Bar will open at Draft House to deliver unpasteurised beer to venues in Chancery Lane and Old Street, London, later this month.  Draft House Chancery Lane will house four Pilsner Urquell tanks and feature an ‘Altar of Tank Beer’, which will be a dedicated space with pouring stations, where guests can experiment with three Pilsner Urquell pours.

Robert Lobovsky, Pilsner Urquell beer master, said: “Few people know about the importance of the pour and how a different pour can change the taste of the beer. The new ‘Altar of Tank’ will help beer drinkers discover new taste experiences – giving them a new destination to celebrate their love of tank beer.”

The Czech beer, made using Saaz Hops, Moravian Barley and Plzeň water, will be delivered from the brewery in Plzeň every week, in temperature-controlled trucks.
