D1 London will be available at select on-trade premium outlets in Hong Kong, such as Barsmith, Lily & Bloom, and Boujis. It will also be available in the off-trade at Liquor & Liquor, says the company.
Universal Exports is distributing in Hong Kong and Macau to other stockists that, in the company’s words, “share D1 London gin’s values of premium quality, innovation, and design”.

D1 London Gin launched in the UK in May, claiming listings in premium retail outlets, bars and clubs.
The company says D1 London was designed for global markets, combining British distilling craft with contemporary London couture branding to appeal to gin lovers and other spirits drinkers who are increasingly interested in premium gin.
D1 London Gin, made by the Langley Distillery (40% abv), is said to use a narrow cut of triple-distilled spirit in a batch copper pot distillation with juniper berries, coriander, orange and lemon peel, angelica root, cassia bark, orris, almond, licorice and nettles, selected by a master tea blender. The use of nettles is said to provide D1 London Gin with “rounded tannic qualities”.
