Bacardi tweaks Grey Goose design

13 August, 2014

Bacardi has repackaged its original Grey Goose brand in the US, making the bottle easier to use for bartenders.

The new design, which features a longer neck for ease of pouring and a new neck foil, will roll out across the vodka brand’s global markets by the end of the year.

Speaking to Drinks International at the brand’s home of Le Logis in Cognac, Joe McCanta, Grey Goose global brand ambassador, said: “The new bottle is slightly longer and a little heavier, the logo has changed slightly and the bottle has better balance for pouring.

“After speaking to bartenders we’ve changed the foil to make it easier to remove too.”
