Lavados studied for degree in civil engineering at the Catholic University of Chile and an MBA at the Cass Business School in London. He started his professional career in the UK in a marketing role before returning to Chile and joining the planning area of international food exporter Agrosuper.
Over the past 10 years, Lavados has held a number of managerial positions at Viña Santa Rita and has been the commercial export director since 2012.
