The Chairman’s Reserve Mai Tai finalists

04 August, 2016

Emporia Brands has announced the final four venues, which are in the final of the Chairman’s Reserve rum Mai Tai competition.

The final four to make the cut are: Mahiki of London, Alvino’s in Newcastle, The Bureau of Birmingham and Trading House, also London.

The bars have been invited to Magic Roundabout on August 9 to re-create their Chairman’s Reserve Mai Tai cocktail to a VIP crowd. They will be tasked to produce a twist on the classic Mai Tai cocktail using two expressions of Chairman’s Reserve.

With a secret panel of judges, the winning bar team will find out on the evening whether they have won a training visit for two to St Lucia as part of the prestige Chairman’s XI programme, courtesy of Chairman’s Reserve rum makers, St Lucia Distillers.
