Kingfisher packing receives tweak

28 October, 2014

Kingfisher Beer Europe has tweaked the packaging of Kingfisher for the European market to enhance the brand’s "heritage" and "authenticity".

Kingfisher is claimed to have a 55% share of the Indian market and is up 14% year-on-year in the UK.

Reflecting the brand’s ascendency, Kingfisher Beer Europe said the Kingfisher bird logo is now no longer diving but soaring into the air.

John Price, marketing manager of Kingfisher Beer Europe, said, “We are so excited about our authentic new packaging.

"For those lucky enough to have visited India we know it will instantly transport you back to that beautiful beach in Goa”.
