Preview: The Bar & Restaurant Show

The New York-based on-premise show is in its 13th year and this time around the two-day event is set to be the biggest yet.

Organisers are expecting thousands of visitors from US bars, restaurants, chain operators, single and multi-unit operations, nightclubs, taverns, hotels, chefs and caterers.

Exhibitors for this year’s show include members of the following sectors: bar supplies, distributors and suppliers of spirits, wine, beer, energy drinks, water, coffee, drinkware/stirs, food service equipment, ice, electronics, music systems, juke boxes, cable services, vending machines, food suppliers, signage, furniture, refrigeration, books, coin operated games, insurance, financing/banking, phones, linen/napkins, security systems/POS, fraud and asset protection.

Last year the geographic breakdown of visitors to the show was: 50% from New York, 28% New Jersey, 9% Mid-Atlantic, 6% New England, 7% other US and foreign.
