Rémy dispatches 'nautical' Mount Gay

Rémy Cointreau has released a ‘nautical’ limited edition of its Mount Gay Eclipse Rum to global travel retail.

The expression, which debuts at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes between September 19-23, is the first of a ‘nautical series’ that features maritime ‘signal flags’.

The new Eclipse bottle features the nautical flag design of the letter ‘M’.

Eclipse will launch to Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Germany, the UK, on board Brittany Ferries and P&O, and is priced as the standard Mount Gay Eclipse Rum.

According to Mount Gay Rum the limited edtion series is intended to “honor the brand’s commitment to the world of sailing and the rich history from which it stems”.

The Mount Gay Rum portfolio also includes 1703 Old Cask Selection, Extra Old, Eclipse, Eclipse Black and Eclipse Silver.
