Bacardi elects new board members

Bacardi has announced two new board directors, Francisco V Carrera-Justiz and Theodore C Walker, who were elected at the company’s AGM in Hamilton, Bermuda.

Carrera-Justiz, 43, served on the board of directors of Bacardi Ltd as an alternate director from 2002-2003. He is a director of private banking at Credit Suisse Securities (US) LLC. “Tad” Walker also served on the Bacardi board as an alternate director in 2002 and 2003. He has 25 years experience in the reinsurance and insurance industry.
