Concha y Toro sees near 20% revenue rise

Viña Concha y Toro has seen revenue growth of 17.7% year-on-year in the second quarter of 2024 to Ch$237,348 million, while profit also increased 243.1%.

Viña Concha y Toro's general manager, Eduardo Guilisasti, said: “In the second quarter we continued to see a notable recovery in Viña Concha y Toro's business, adding that it has now posted three consecutive quarters of year-on-year growth.

“The measures adopted by the company since September 2022 to face the complex global situation of the industry are already showing positive results, and demonstrate the company's ability to adapt with agility to adverse scenarios and to take advantage of current market conditions.”

Among the brand’s main markets, Viña Concha y Toro saw positive performance in the US (28,4%), Brazil (28,6%) and the UK (17,5%).

Guilisasti added: “All of the above reinforces our view that the company is poised to continue growing in sales and profitability, with double-digit revenue growth in 2024.”
