The Art of Italicus Aperitivo Challenge is returning for its sixth edition, inviting global bartenders to create an original aperitivo cocktail inspired by art, using Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto.
Bar manager of Edinburgh’s Panda & Sons, Sean Cavanagh, has been named the UK’s Most Sustainable Bartender at the Flor de Caña Sustainable Cocktail Challenge.

Angostura has crowned the winner of its 2011 Global Cocktail Challenge. Andy Griffiths from Cookie bar in Melbourne, Australia, took home the US$10,000 prize as well as a one year brand ambassadorship.
