Ciprian has joined after the bar recently underwent refurbishment and launched a new menu called ‘Passport’.
Ciprian moved to London in 2017 and joined Artesian Bar at The Langham, where he trained under the management of Anna Sebastian.
He then moved to The Savoy’s American Bar where he worked with Maxim Schulte on ‘The Savoy Songbook’ menu and most recently Ciprian worked as head bartender at the Westbury Hotel’s Polo Bar in Mayfair.
