Dominic Roskrow book hailed at Gourmand Culinary Awards

Drinks International features writer and columnist Dominic Roskrow has been honoured in the prestigious international Gourmand Culinary Awards at an awards ceremony in Yantai Wine Bay, China.

Dominic’s latest book Whisky: Japan was highly commended and granted ‘Best in the World’ status at the ceremony on Saturday night. The book had been short-listed having won the Gourmand Award for the United Kingdom’s Best Spirits Book for 2017.

The Award follows Dominic’s Drinks Writer of The Year award in the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards in 2015. He was also shortlisted for Drinks Book of the Year in the same awards in 2014.
