Pernod Ricard: new appointments

Xavier Beysecker, currently VP marketing, Absolut at the Absolut Company has been appointed VP Digital of Pernod Ricard Asia, effective as of November 1.

Beysecker will be based in Hong Kong and report to Pernod Ricard Asia chairman and CEO Philippe Guettat.

The company says Beysecker’s mission will be to fully embed the ‘digital roadmap’ of Pernod Ricard, one its top priorities, ensuring the group's digital strategy in Asia is aligned with the global vision and objectives.

Working in conjunction with the Digital Acceleration team at Pernod Ricard headquarters, the focus will be to integrate digital solutions for consumers, customers and employees to enhance business performance.

Craig Johnson, currently VP Marketing, Malibu and Kahlua at the Absolut Company, is becomes VP marketing, Absolut at the Absolut Company, also effective from November 1. Johnson will report to Paul Duffy, chairman and CEO of The Absolut Company and will be a member of the management committee.

Colin Kavanagh, currently marketing director of Pernod Ricard Brasil has been made VP marketing, Malibu and Kahlua at the Absolut Company, effective as of November 15. Kavanagh will also report to Duffy and be a member of the Mmanagement committee.

His replacement at Pernod Ricard Brasil will be announced later.
