Beam Suntory launches ‘whisky-infused’ bourbon

Beam Suntory has launched the much-awaited highland scotch whisky-infused bourbon, Jim Beam Kentucky Dram in travel retail.

The variant is made by blending Kentucky Straight Bourbon with a “touch” of peaty highland scotch.

Michael Cockram, Beam Suntory’s marketing director, said: “Bourbon is growing at a phenomenal rate across the globe and with our retail partners we are committed to building the category, focusing on premiumisation, enhancing the shopping experience and educating drinkers on bourbon’s heritage.”

Kentucky Dram - bottled at 40% abv – will carry an RRP of £34.99.
