Vinexpo is fully booked

02 April, 2015

The organisers of the Bordeaux wine and spirits show, Vinexpo, say the trade exhibition is fully booked and stand reservations for the international wine and spirits exhibition are now closed.

The organisers assert that the 2015 show has been completely redesigned to ensure that its 2,400 international exhibitors are welcomed in ideal conditions.

All the stands will be concentrated in halls 1 and 3 to satisfy the exhibitors’ stand location preferences. Hall 2 will be given over to talks and tastings.

The outdoor lakeside area will be a major focus, with a range of better quality catering options, the Club Vinexpo, the gardens and Les Terrasses - Vinexpo’s new premium stands.

Vinexpo says this revamp will make the show more compact and more efficient, and the new layout will improve visitor flow, reduce distances and make the entire event more visitor friendly.

Vinexpo CEO Guillaume Deglise said: “This new-look Vinexpo is our response to exhibitor needs. We are revitalising the premium offer with a brand new concept, Les Terrasses - hybrid stands that allow exhibitors both to have a stand in Hall 1 and a lakeside terrace.

“Hall 2 was no longer suitable for welcoming visitors on the stands, so we have completely rethought the layout to satisfy our exhibitors,” he said.
