The 70 proof (35%abv) is said to be best served chilled, on the rocks, or blended in "fun cocktails". Rainbow Sherbet will be joined later this year by Pinnacle Strawberry Shortcake.
Pinnacle Rainbow Sherbet is available nationwide for a suggested retail price of $12.99 for a 75 cl bottle.
