The opening night of BrewDog Bangkok

BrewDog opens first bar in Thailand

17 July, 2024

BrewDog has opened its first bar in Thailand as part of its international expansion drive having already opened venues in Perth, Rotterdam and Denver this year.

The new Bangkok bar is the first of several bars set to open in the city during the coming years – as part of wider expansion plans across Asia. BrewDog Bangkok is in the Ploenchit district opposite the Central Embassy building.

BrewDog currently operates over 120 bars and hotels across the world and last year the brewer announced plans to open another 200 venues in key markets across the globe over the next seven years.

James Brown, CEO of BrewDog bars, said: “Last year we set ourselves a bold goal to treble our bar estate over the next decade. I’m immensely proud to see that plan is already bearing fruit with fantastic new locations opening all over the world and entering new markets for the first time. We have a brilliant set of local partners, who we are incredibly grateful to be working with to help spread our passion for quality craft beer.”
