The Donovan Bar at Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair has unveiled a new menu inspired by traditional fairy tales and stories.

The team behind New Delhi-based cocktail bar Sidecar, two-time member of The World’s 50 Best Bars, has announced the opening of a new venue called The Brook.

Silverleaf launches new menu

Silverleaf bar at Pan Pacific London has launched its new menu, Building Blocks, the first new menu launch for the bar since opening in February 2022. 

Drinks International can exclusively reveal that Baccarat Bar, located on the lower ground floor of Harrods, is launching its first new menu since opening its doors in July 2020. 

US-based on-trade show, Bar Convent Brooklyn (BCB), has announced its Education Committee for 2023, as well as opening submissions for its Education Sessions. 

The team behind the Peckham, London neighbourhood bar Funkidory has announced a second site opening for early 2023. 

Scottish brewer and retailer BrewDog is set to open 25 more bars in India, growing its presence in the craft beer market.

Shaker rattles and rolls out

Shaker BarSchools, the international bartender training company, has moved into bar operating with the opening of a bar in London.

The opening of a Captain Morgan branded bar on a tiny Bahamian island this last weekend signals Diageo GTME (Global Retail Middle East) division’s opening assault on the cruise line sector.

The winery said it was important to show support for its 'fellow countrymen' and has postponed the opening of the Don Maximiano Icon Winery. It also said it was too soon to give an accurate assessment of the damage to homes and wineries in the south.
