Pernod Ricard-owned Japanese gin Ki No Bi has announced an investment in a new carbon-neutral, increased-capacity distillery.

UK demand for premium Japanese whisky has led to a 232% increase in sales in 2017 for BI, a fine wine and spirits merchant, while the average price per bottle has risen 65% in 12 months to £450.
