Robyn Wilkie becomes Liquorette manager

Robyn Wilkie, has been appointed as the new bar manager at Liquorette – located on Rathbone Place, London.

Liquorette offers a bar, off-license, cocktail deli and fresh cocktail delivery service. 

New Yorker Wilkie brings with her nearly 10 years’ experience in the bar industry both in the UK and the US. Her previous roles include head bartender at The London Edition Hotel as well as Fare London, The Curtain and London Cocktail Club where she began her career. 

In 2018 she secured a place as one of the 10 Diageo World Class GB finalists, won the Gin Mare global finals in 2016 and the Harvey’s Sherry global competition in 2015. 

Maggie Rouder, hospitality brand manager at Liquorette said: “Robyn is extremely well-respected in the industry and brings a lot of relevant experience to our brand. 

“We are a relatively new concept in London and are already putting ourselves on the map in terms of offering an exceptional and accessible cocktail experience – with Robyn at the forefront, this will continue to grow.”
