Jura unveils Tastival 2016 bottling

25 May, 2016

Jura has revealed its Tastival 2016 bottling, a limited edition expression to mark the distillery’s annual island whisky festival.

The limited edition bottling - 51% abv - is the last Tastival expression to be overseen by Jura distillery manager, Willie Cochrane, who announced his retirement last week.

Cochrane said: “Every limited edition is special, but this one’s particularly close to my heart as it commemorates my last Jura Tastival, which has been a highlight on my calendar for the past ten years.”

The flavours within the non-chill filtered single malt inspired Jura’s first ‘crowd sourced’ packaging, chosen by the whisky’s social media followers.

Jura Tastival 2016 will be available online and in shops globally (excluding US) RRP £85 from 30 May 2016.
