23 January, 2015

The gin category will be the focus of a new Drinks International event that takes place on February 9 at Merchant House in London.

Think Gin – hosted in partnership with Drinks International’s sister publication Off Licence News - will feature a number of bespoke workshops and debates for the on-and off-trade.

A debate hosted by The World’s 50 Best Bars editor, Hamish Smith will discuss the trends and future prospects in gin with confirmed panelists Anistatia Miller, Jared Brown, Joel Harrison, Tom Warner, Joey Medrington and Tristan Stephenson.

Tasting demonstrations and theory sessions will also be held by global mixologists to shed some light on the tonics and botanicals driving growth in the dynamic drinks category.
