Roust appoints CEO

Russian Standard distributor Roust has appointed Oleg Kirillin to the role of CEO.

Kirillin succeeds Vladimir Filiptsev, who has been appointed as CEO of Russian Alcohol Group, the subsidiary of CEDC, with which Russian Standard has a strategic relationship.

Kirillin has served as commercial director of Roust since 2011 and brings significant skills and experience in his new role as CEO. He has worked at Kazyonka, Russian Alcohol Group, Veda and, previously, from 1998-2003, at Roust.

Roustam Tariko, founder and president of Russian Standard Corporation, which owns Roust, said: "Oleg's appointment is a demonstration of our commitment to promote successful managers and employees with strong experience.

"Oleg knows Roust Inc's business well, and he has consistently delivered solid results. I am confident that Oleg will meet and exceed our expectations in his new role."
