The Bureau National Interprofessionnel de l’Armagnac is set to host an Armagnac Academy on Tuesday 8 October at Smith & Wollensky, London.

Patrick Farbos has been elected the new president of the Bureau National Interprofessionnel de L’Armagnac for the next three years.

Hannah Lanfear has been made armagnac educator for the UK and will be working closely with Amanda Garnham of the Bureau National Interprofessionnel de l’Armagnac (BNIA).

At the tail end of 2018, the heads of nine Chinese wine and spirit schools were invited to France to learn about armagnac in order for them to offer their own courses in China.

Olivier Goujon has been named director of the BNIA (Bureau National Interprofessionnel de l’Armagnac) following the departure of Sébastien Lacroix.
