UK: Stolen Jagermeister trade warning

09 February, 2010

UK: Cellar Trends is warning the trade to beware of being offered stolen Jagermeister.

The drinks company has asked the on-trade and drinks retailers to be vigilant, following a theft from a lorry in Lincolnshire.

Fifty pallets of Jagermeister 50cl bottles were stolen from a lorry on the A1 near Foston, Lincolnshire, this week. The stock is readily identifiable because 50cl packs are not in general distribution.

Retailers being offered such stock are asked to contact Cellar Trends on 01283 217703 and ask for Christian Davis, or to contact PC Meldrum at Lincolnshire Police on 01476402222.

It is believed some of the Jagermeister 50cl packs have been offered to convenience store owners in the Greenford area.
