Winchester will work closely with managing director Guoyi Gan and will use his extensive experience in the bar trade to drive staff training and talent development programmes for the group.
Winchester, 51, is a former global ambassador for Tanqueray Gin and is currently the global director of education for Bar Convent Berlin and a founding member of Alconomics, one of the first global bar consultancies established in 2002.
Winchester was also listed number 92 in Drinks International’s Bar World 100 in 2020 and the Jigger & Pony Group includes Singapore venues Jigger & Pony, Humpback, Caffe Fernet, Live Twice and Gibson Bar as well as Pony Cocktails delivery service.
