This year its flagship Symposium event will be held in London for the first time at Village Underground and comprise of a series of curated talks and collaborations hosted by international drinks professionals, activists, thinkers and journalists.

“We’re excited to bring to the fore this year’s theme of ‘Understanding’, looking at it from different perspectives – where it comes from, why it’s important, where more is needed and how it can be built,” said co-founder Monica Berg.
