Dandelyan collaborates with The Broken Shaker

Award-winning London bar, Dandelyan at the Mondrian has collaborated with the acclaimed Miami beach bar The Broken Shaker, for a 4th of July celebrations menu

Ryan Chetiyawardana and the team at Dandelyan are joined by Bobby Eldridge and Damon Roseberry from, The Broken Shaker until 4 July for a one-off ‘Independence Day’ menu.

Situated in a backyard at The Freehand Hotel, The Broken Shaker regularly changes its menu on a seasonal/monthly basis using a creative approach to use of ingredients. Eldridge and Damon told Drinks International that they visited London’s Borough Market to source key ingredients for their collaboration with Dandelyan.

The menu includes a twist on a number of classic cocktails:

Cana Brava, Barcardi Ocho, Peach, Pineapple, Gold Berry Foam

Tea Party

Bulliet Rye, Grapefruit Oleo, Broken Tea Blend, Burnt Honey

Bald Eagle

Porters Gin, Orangery, Pinenut Orgeat, Lemon

Cracker Jack Julep

Bulliet Bourbon, Popcorn Syrup, Mint, House Cracker Jacks

Chevy Ridin’ High

Ketel One, VSOP, Mixed Melon Balls, Cucumber, Fino, White Currants
