Gruppo Campari appoints new board of directors

Gruppo Campari has appointed a new board of directors for the 2016 to 2018 period.

The new members are: Eugenio Barcellona, Giovanni Cavallini, Camilla Cionini Visani, Luca Garavoglia, Thomas Ingelfinger, Bob Kunze-Concewitz, AnnaLisa Elia Loustau, Paolo Marchesini, Stefano Saccardi, Francesca Tarabbo and Catherine Gérardin Vautrin.

Marco P. Perelli-Cippo was appointed honorary president of Gruppo Campari in “recognition and gratitude for his commitment and valuable contribution to Gruppo Campari as CEO”.

In addition, the shareholders’ meeting confirmed that the board of statutory auditors for the 2016-2018 period would comprise of Pellegrino Libroia, Enrico Colombo and Chiara Lazzarini.

Luca Garavoglia, the chairman of Gruppo Campari, thanked the outgoing directors and auditors for their “strong commitment to the Group and their very capable work during the past years”.
