The UK Panel on Takeovers & Mergers had given the world’s two largest brewers a second deadline extension of 1700 GMT on 4 November. If Anheuser-Busch InBev missed the deadline, it would not be allowed to make another approach for up to six months.
AB InBev last week said it had completed its due diligence.
