Lillet's Twisted Vesper Cocktail Competition

The winner of the London heat of the Lillet Twisted Vesper Cocktail Competition, which was held at Bar Américain, Brasserie Zédel yesterday (May 8), was Calum Anderson from The Kenilworth Hotel, Kenilworth, Warwickshire with his cocktail 'Rhuby Summers'.

The competition was linked to Lillet's launch of ‘National Apéritif Day’ launching on May 16 when Anderson's cocktail will be mixed and served at Maison Lillet inBordeaux.

In second place was Ruaridh Muir from Raoul's in Oxford with 'An Eye for the Birds' which included Lillet Blanc and Talisker Islay Scotch whisky. Both Anderson and Muir go to the finals in Paris. Further heats are being held in Manchester and Edinburgh in May.
