Slay is to join Carlsberg UK on March 1.
Jesper Friis, senior vice president for Carlsberg Western Europe, who has been acting as interim CEO for Carlsberg UK, said: "We are really pleased that Benet is joining us. Slay is one of the founding trustees of the Drinkaware Trust.
Former Carlsberg UK CEO Isaac Sheps is now the CEO for Baltika Breweries with regional responsibility for Carlsberg’s operations across eastern Europe.
