Winegrowers have always endured droughts – they’ve been a constant challenge in wine regions all over the world for hundreds of years. But the consistent lack of rainfall in the cava region over the past three years is unprecedented.

The eighth edition of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, sponsored by Perrier, will be announced at a live awards ceremony in Hong Kong on 18 July 2023.

Young Spirits was founded in 2019 as a small batch bottling site for craft whisky and rum producers. In three years, the business has gone from strength to strength, tripling its revenue and growing from two to 42 employees.
