Porter's Gin gets new UK distribution deal

Porter’s Gin has confirmed a deal with When We Are Giants to become its UK & Ireland distributor as the brand prepares to expand in its local market.

Porter’s has already distributes to more than 10 international territories including Norway, China, Singapore and France. 

Founders Ben Iravani, Josh Rennie and Alex Lawrence turned the basement of their bar in Aberdeen into a micro-distillery to produce its international brand. 

Both Porter’s Modern Classic and Tropical Old Tom gins will be available across the UK & Ireland through When We Are Giants for the on- and off- trade.

Drinksology Group is best known for working with some of the world’s leading bars and brands including The Dead Rabbit and Blacktail NYC, Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Tullamore Dew and Roe & Coe Distillery.

In 2018 it launched a distribution arm, headed up by Mike Beavan and Drinksology Group’s When We Are Giants works across all channels including digital, wholesale, off-trade and on-trade.
