Santa Rita guests from across the world including distributors, ambassadors and press were invited to the Premier League stadium in North London to undergo a full Arsenal experience.
Terry Pennington, commercial director, Santa Rita Estates said: “The Arsenal partnership is a key element of a global marketing strategy for our Santa Rita 120 brand, which aims to promote the sale of wines in the Latin American, Asian, European and African markets.
“The Santa 120 Arsenal experience is a wonderful opportunity to get together different sectors of the wine trade from all over the world to participate in a very exclusive on-pitch event.”
The day began with a meet and greet with Arsenal legend Lee Dixon (pictured left) who recounted stand out moments from his career, followed by a tour of the stadium by former players Charlie George and Perry Groves.
The main event was a five-a-side tournament for the Santa Rita 120 Cup which took place on the pitch. More than 60 players made up eight teams who were lucky enough to play alongside Dixon and Premier League legend Robert Pires (pictured right).
Each player was also provided with a personalised Arsenal home strip and a goodie bag filled with footballing accessories.
A dinner followed in the Diamond Club, the private members club with a restaurant overlooking the pitch where Santa Rita Estates wines were tasted and awards presented to the winning team and standout performers.
