Jay Z buys Armand de Brignac Champagne

US rap star Shawn ‘Jay Z’ Carter has bought the Armand de Brignac Champagne brand. 

New York-based Sovereign Brands sold the luxury champagne, often referred to as Ace of Spades, for an undisclosed amount to the music mogul.

The golden bottle featured in Jay Z’s 2006 music video and retails for $300 (£188).
