Based in Singapore’s CBD, the venue features four zones, The Byōbu Bar, Tasting Commons, Bar Mixtape and the After Hours Salon.
The cocktail offering highlights Japanese ingredients such as yuzu, hojicha, and dashi with menu highlights including the Strawberry Love Punch, combining Roku Gin with strawberry, basil, and sherry. The Nu-Paper Plane reimagines the modern classic with Sansho pepper and Maker’s Mark Bourbon.

“Each drink is like a track or an outfit that tells a story. The drinks in Pop move with energy and feeling, full of spontaneity and spark, while those in City show structure, texture, and quiet refinement. Together, they express the duality of Pop City,” said Aki Eguchi, bar programme director at Jigger & Pony Group.
Beyond its core menu, Pop City has introduced ‘Seasons in Motion’, an evolving series of cocktails inspired by Japan’s 24 solar terms. Complementing the signature drinks, two seasonal cocktails will be released each month, with the debut featuring a Fuji Apple and Oyster Leaf Fizz, and a Shiitake Mushroom Negroni.
Sylvia Chong, bar manager, added: “Every month, we have the freedom to experiment and respond to the moment, be it in the produce we find, or even the mood of our guests. It’s about creating spaces to express, discover, and feel inspired through flavour and connection.”
