Stella David, Bacardi's chief marketing officer, has decided to leave the company

Bacardi’s chief marketing officer, Stella David, has decided to leave the company after 15 years.

"Bacardi Limited is a great company and I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of it for the last 15 years. It has great brands and great people who I will miss. I have the opportunity to consider a variety of business options, so it was the right time for me to make this decision,” David is quoted as saying.

She leaves at the end of July. No successor has been announced.

The departure follows the announcement that Maurice Doyle, managing director of Bacardi’s Global Travel Retail division, is also leaving at the end of July. He is joining William Grant & Sons, as group marketing director
